wel...it starts like..."if u guys (our team) do nonsense just coz i (my boss) dint guide u properly (additional) doesnt mean u can just make me hear their(bosses boss's) words".....wel...the true way is like " my boss screams at us and says....."coz u guys don do things properly...n coz u dont do your things right...i get to hear...."i was sitting silently althrough coz i really dint want him to catch me on any of my unspoken words and then take me promises on that. Yes....thats how the things work...they ask you any random questoion and u give any stupid commitment...n u r screwed till you puke that commintment or die acheiveing that !!!
